Pre-Order Process:

What is a pre-order?
A pre-order means you're reserving a product before it's officially released or restocked. This helps us reduce waste, maintain intentional production, and ensure you get the pieces you want.

Why does Noble Life use pre-orders?
We operate with purpose — avoiding mass production and overstock. Pre-orders allow us to:

  • Reduce environmental impact
  • Focus on quality and craftsmanship
  • Deliver exclusive, limited-run pieces

How long will it take to receive my pre-order?
Most pre-orders ship within 4-6 weeks after the order window closes. We’ll keep you updated every step of the way via email and SMS.


Shipping & Delivery:

Will I get a tracking number?
Yes, once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking info.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship within the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, New Zealand and Australia.


Order Changes & Cancellations:

Can I change or cancel my pre-order?
Changes or cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of purchase. After that, your order is locked in for production.

What happens if there are production delays?
We’ll notify you right away if there are any delays. Transparency is key — we’ll keep you in the loop with updated timelines.


Payments & Refunds:

When will I be charged?
You’ll be charged at the time of placing the pre-order. This secures your spot and allows us to begin production.

Are pre-orders refundable?
Pre-orders are made to order and are non-refundable. If you receive a defective item, we’ll happily offer a replacement.


Sizing & Product Info:

How do I choose the right size?
Check our size guide on each product page. If you're unsure, contact us — we're happy to help.

Will sold-out pre-order items restock?
We produce in limited runs. If an item is in high demand, we may bring it back in future drops — join our email list or follow us on IG, TikTok or Facebook to stay updated.
